This is a beautiful clock. It will need some care on the hands. I’m not too sure if they’re accurate, but the chime does work and you could hear the very light ticking for the second hand. I’m sure you could make this thing beautiful and back keeping time it very well may keep time, but I’m not sure. I got it in a storage locker and ready to ship comes from a pet smoke free environment very clean and it comes with original instructions. I believe it’s from the 50s.
